Black White Polka Dot Cuff Bracelet
This 50's style cuff is made of upholstery material covered in black with white polka dot  polyester/cotton fabric. The edges are trimmed with white picot elastic trim, it measures almost 3 inches thick and 7 1/2 inches long and it has velcro closure.
