This blue and green button up top is made up of a vintage cotton fabric. It has little green and blue flowers and has a curved hem. It has large pointy collars and features the cutest vintage buttons. The sleeves are gathered and poofy and go into a loose fitting band. 
Please note, the vintage fabric has a small discolouration on the right shoulder. See last photo. It really isn't very noticeable unless you specifically look for it.
