This adorable pull over dress is made of a light and flowy vintage floral fabric. It has pleated shoulders, an elastic waist and a removable tie belt. The dress is fully lined with light blue cotton fabric and has a hidden snap at the bust. The sleeves are gathered into an elastic cuff. The sizing is pretty adjustable to fit a wide range of sizing.
