This Dilly Daisy blouse is made of soft knit stretchy fabric that is red and has little light gray hearts all over. The blouse has kimono style sleeves that are banded with the same fabric. The neckline has a keyhole opening that is binded with the same fabric. It has ties that go around the keyhole and neckline and tie into a bow in front.  The bottom hem is coverstitched and allows forbstretch. The inside is serged and the neckline/binding is top-stitched.
 
This shirt fits a variety of sizes due to its stretch.
